This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the portal www.supercarmarbella.com (hereinafter, the “Website”), which THERA RESORT S.L. makes available to internet users free of charge, without prejudice to the fact that certain services may require registration, contracting and/or payment.

Access to or use of the Website confers the status of USER and implies full acceptance of this Legal Notice, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. The USER declares that they are at least 18 years old or, where applicable, at least 14 years old and acting with the authorisation of their parents or legal guardians.

All Website content (texts, images, logos, graphics, software, source code, videos, audio, colour combinations, etc.) is the exclusive property of THERA RESORT S.L. or duly licensed third parties and is protected by Spanish and international regulations.

• The trademarks Mercedes-Benz®, Ferrari®, Lamborghini®, Porsche® and others mentioned are the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.

Accuracy of information: THERA RESORT S.L. endeavours to ensure that all data, rates and availability displayed are accurate; however, typographical errors or temporary variations may occur. The company reserves the right to correct such errors without prior notice.

Service availability: Continuous access to the Website and the absence of errors or viruses cannot be guaranteed, although appropriate technical measures are adopted to prevent and remedy them.

External links: The Website may include links to third-party sites (e.g., the MyBooking platform). THERA RESORT S.L. accepts no responsibility for the content or policies of such sites.

• Use the Website lawfully and in accordance with current legislation, morality and public order.
• Avoid damaging, overloading or impairing the Website or hindering its normal use.
• Refrain from introducing malicious programs, viruses or any other logical device that may cause damage to THERA RESORT S.L. systems or those of third parties.

7. Booking procedure, forms and digital signature

To complete a booking, the USER is redirected to the MyBooking platform, where the necessary data are entered. Processing of such data is governed both by MyBooking’s Privacy Policy and our own.

Forms hosted on our Website or on MyBooking may incorporate electronic signatures pursuant to Regulation (EU) 910/2014 (eIDAS). Any digital signature collected has full legal and evidential validity.

Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, and the use of cookies by our Cookie Policy, both available in the footer of the Website.

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from access to or use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Málaga (Spain), with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may apply.
